Judge Denies Halle Berry’s Request to Leave Country with Daughter
A judge has just ruled that Halle Berry cannot permanently move her 4-year-old daughter to France, according to TMZ.
Halle wants to live in Paris with her new fiance, actor Olivier Martinez, but her daughter Nahla’s father, model Gabriel Aubry, doesn’t want Halle to take their daughter out of the country.
Halle also complained that the paparazzi in L.A. made life dangerous for her daughter and that the paparazzi laws in Paris are more stringent, but the judge ruled against it.
