TMZ says the Georgia rapper has failed to pay a $45k tax bill to the state back in 2007 and now they want him to pay up. His big boy toy, a Maserati, was repossessed earlier this year.
Reps for the ex-boyfriend of singer Fantasia did not immediately return calls from TMZ.
