Turning Health into Wealth: Dr. Farah Helps Nurses Make Money Moves

According to a Health Workforce Analysis, federal authorities project a shortage of more than 78,000 full-time registered nurses (RNs) in 2025 and a shortage of 63,720 full-time RNs in 2030. And of today's nurses, only a small percentage are Black. Dr. Farah Laurent is working daily to change this. As a multifaceted nurse career coach and advocate of workplace diversity, Dr. Farah has successfully guided more than 100 nurses into dream roles in specialties like labor & delivery, ER, and ICU — with starting salaries between $100K and $175K.
