Multi-faceted actor, director, filmmaker, musician, entrepreneur and youth worker Malik Yoba is making an impact in yet another arena: real estate education. Leading with his new documentary film, The Real Estate Mixtape, Vol. 1: I Build New York, Yoba is determined to teach Black people to own the buildings in their neighborhoods, while helping young people gain an appreciation of land ownership as a fundamental of wealth creation from an early age.
