A Georgia court has granted concert booking company, Heavy Rotation’s request to have rapper Lil Scrappy’s Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta checks garnished until a debt he owes is paid, TMZ reports.
In 2010, Lil Scrappy, aka Darryl Richardson lost a legal battle against Heavy Rotation and was ordered to pay them $72, 218.68. Nothing has been paid and the original tab of $72k has grown to $108, 510.38 with interest and attorney’s fees.
