Founded by Ulysese Jefferson in 2001, Worldwide Information Network Systems (WINS) is the sixth largest black-owned company in Maryland.  WINS provides IT support and services to commercial and government clients.

The Seabrook, Maryland-based company specializes in network and telecommunications engineering, infrastructure, information assurance and information security, and systems integration.

Major clients include the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency, and the U.S. Department of Justice among others.

In 2008, the company grossed $33 million in sales.
