The founder of Domino’s Pizza, Tom Monaghan, filed a lawsuit this past Friday against the Federal Government over mandatory contraception coverage in Obamacare, according to the Asssociated Press.
Tom Monaghan is a devout Roman Catholic, who says contraception isn’t healthcare but a “gravely immoral” practice.
Monaghan offers health insurance that excludes contraception and abortion for employees. Obamacare requires employers to offer insurance including contraception coverage or risk fines. Monaghan says the law violates his rights.
