Individual Conference attendees making reservations directly with hotel reservations may cancel their individual reservations up to 72 hours prior to the day of arrival and receive full refund.  Any reservations cancelled after 72 hours prior to the day of arrival is subject to deposit forfeiture of one night’s room and tax.  No shows will be charged first night’s room and tax to the individual’s credit card.
