He was president and CEO of The Executive Leadership Council, a professional network of African American executives of major U.S. He previously served as president and CEO of Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International. He was also named Black Enterprise Executive of the Year in 1997, when he was a senior executive at Monsanto. Donald joins the roundtable to chat on how he’s turning the tide and charting a new course.
