As I entered the city of Madrid,Â Spain,Â I was immediately bombarded with a culture so different than my own,Â yet,Â so intriguing.Â At first glance,Â I thought I was experiencing dÃ©jÃ vu;Â I felt like I was in New York CityÂ (or maybe New York City on steroids),Â with the thousands of natives and visitors alike,Â walking the streets.Â Then after further analyses,Â I became enthralled with theÂ ”architectural artwork”,Â as I called it,Â surrounding me.Â It was the buildings,Â the statues,Â the plazas,Â the cafes, and the people that made up this artwork.Â I found myself caught up in a traveler’s high as I continued to gaze in awe.Â Oh,Â I knew that this high kept me up for some days.Â This was thatÂ ”good-good”Â high.
