In an all new episode of Women of Power premiering this weekend, viewers hear insights from Harvard Business School’s only African American tenured professor, Linda Hill. In a one-on-one interview, Professor Hill outlines tips for helping professionals find their leadership skills in order to take their careers to newer heights.

In our Power of the Purse segment, host Shartia Brantley sits down with financial expert Jacquette Timmons, who teaches about finding balance in our spending habits and maintaining a healthy money relationship. We also go inside the career of Paula Cholmondeley, CEO of The Sorrel Group who serves on two corporate boards and one mutual fund board. Cholmondeley will share details about her career and why it’s important to advocate for more diversity in corporate America.
