Hakkasan Group, Las Vegas Nightlife + New Club Opening in Aria
Hakkasan Group, the name in hospitality and luxury experiences, recently hosted an exciting weekend in Sin City that began as soon as I got off the plane on a Friday at Vegas’ McCarran airport.

After being transported in style to Caesars Palace, we special guests of the Hakkasan Group unpacked our bags, freshened up, and then met for High Roller Happy Hour at Caesars’ LINQ Hotel & Casino, home to the High Roller, the world’s tallest observation wheel. Who needs to see The Strip from the ground when you can get an aerial view!
Happy Hour was followed by dinner at Searsucker, Caesars Palace’s new casual, retro-Americana-themed eatery.
After dinner we enjoyed digestifs at VISTA cocktail lounge inside Caesars Palace where the vista on the walls changed courtesy of LED portals featuring different city skylines. Then we ended the night at Caesar’s OMNIA Nightclub, where the words opulent, timeless, inviting and flirtatious explain its nightlife experience!
Saturday began with an extravagant brunch at Mesa Grill inside Caesars Palace. We changed the scenery when it was time for dinner and met at Hakkasan restaurant inside the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino, the flagship Chinese restaurant that launched the unmatched Hakkasan brand that’s synonymous with the best in nightlife and daylife.
Next up was an evening at the Hakkasan Group’s eponymous nightclub, Hakkasan, a three-story nightlife experience that features multiple DJs, oversized VIP booths and a suspended performance platform.
On Sunday, we brunched at Giada inside The Cromwell. The first restaurant from Emmy Award—winning celebrity chef Giada de Laurentis, Giada restaurant is awash in natural light from its huge retractable windows and offers delicious Italian cuisine with California influences. Diners can eat in the main dining room, the lounge or the outdoor patio.
That evening we met at the Bellagio Resort and Casino for apertifs at the Lily Cocktail Lounge, then had a sumptuous dinner at Bellagio’s Yellowtail restaurant, “as close as you can get to Japan on the Las Vegas strip.” We enjoyed traditional and modern Japanese fare and had the privilege of choosing from a selection of specialty sakes.
On Monday, after a truly indulgent culinary, daylife and nightlife weekend, it was time to go home. But not before a satisfying farewell brunch with the Hakkasan Group team at Herringbone ocean-to-table seafood restaurant inside Aria Resort and Casino!
All good things must come to an end, as they say, but I won’t soon forget my fabulous weekend in Vegas.
