Conference attendees who make reservations directly with the hotel may cancel their reservations up to 72 hours prior to the day of their arrival and receive a full refund. Any reservations canceled less than 72 hours prior to the day of arrival are subject to the cost of one night’s stay plus tax. No-shows will be charged one night’s stay plus tax.

Please Note: BLACK ENTERPRISE does not make guestroom reservations. A limited number of rooms has been set aside through April 30, 2009, for Black Enterprise Entrepreneurs Conference attendees. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and subject to availability, so don’t wait. A valid credit card is required to hold each reservation. If the reservation is canceled within 72 hours prior to arrival, your credit card will be charged the cost of one night’s stay plus tax. There is an early departure fee.

Important Information

The cancellation policy applies to all fees. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via mail or fax. In the event of a cancellation, a refund of registration fees minus the $75 non-refundable deposit will be made upon receipt of a written cancellation postmarked no later than April 25, 2009. No subsequent refunds will be made after April 25, 2009. All requests must be submitted in writing to BE Entrepreneurs Conference, c/o ETR Inc., 1315 Club House Drive, Chesapeake, VA 23322.

Exhibiting companies must complete an Exhibitor Space Contract to secure booth space, which includes two full conference registrations per booth, all sessions, meals, events, and breaks. Register early and get a listing in the conference journal.
